Terms and Conditions

These terms govern your use of Sphere Coach, a subscription coaching service for licensed real estate agents operated by Capture The Conversation, LLC ("we," "us"). By subscribing, you agree to them. Questions: [email protected].

The service

Sphere Coach prepares and supports your daily relationship practice: morning call briefs, activity logging from your replies, drafted notes and follow-ups, and a weekly scoreboard. You review and approve anything sent in your name; the conversations and decisions are yours.

Subscription and billing

Sphere Coach is $299 per month, billed through Stripe, unless a promotional code applied at checkout says otherwise.
You can cancel any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you keep access until then.
We may change pricing with at least 30 days' notice; changes never apply mid-billing-period.

Your content and data

The contact lists, notes, and records you build in the service are yours. You can export them at any time, including after cancellation, by asking. We use your content only to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Appended data

Sphere Coach appends property, ownership, and contact attributes to your records under license from third-party data providers. That appended data is different from your own content:

It is licensed, not owned. You may use it only inside the service, to prioritize and prepare your own conversations. Exports include your contacts, notes, and activity — never the licensed appended attributes.
No resale or redistribution. Don't copy appended data out of the service, share it with anyone else, feed it to another system, or use it on behalf of another business.
Prohibited decisions. Never use appended data for decisions about credit, lending, employment, tenant screening, insurance eligibility or rates, or any other purpose regulated by the Fair Credit Reporting Act — and never to decide who receives your services or on what terms. It is for the timing of conversations, nothing else.
No reidentification. Don't attempt to resolve pseudonymous identifiers back to individuals.
Your outreach is your responsibility. Appended phone numbers and emails have not consented to hear from you. Before calling, texting, or emailing anyone, you are responsible for your own compliance with the TCPA, Do-Not-Call registries, CAN-SPAM, and your licensing rules — including scrubbing against DNC lists and obtaining any consent your outreach method requires. The service never sends automated calls or texts to appended numbers.
As-is. Appended data comes from commercial sources, may contain errors, and can change or disappear as provider data updates. Verify before you act on it. If our provider agreements end, appended data is removed from the service.

Material violation of this section is grounds for immediate suspension.

Acceptable use

Use the service for your own real estate practice and in compliance with the laws and rules that apply to you, including licensing rules and any consent requirements for your own outreach to your contacts. Don't use the service to send spam, harass anyone, or store content you don't have the right to hold.

What we don't promise

Sphere Coach is a practice-support tool. We do not guarantee sales results, referrals, or income, and nothing in the service is legal, financial, or tax advice. The service is provided "as is"; we work hard to keep it reliable but do not warrant uninterrupted availability.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim arose.

Sphere Coach SMS Program

By opting in you agree to receive recurring coaching and account messages from Sphere Coach (operated by Capture The Conversation, LLC) at the mobile number you provide. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies (typically 1–5 messages on business days). Message and data rates may apply; carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Reply STOP to cancel, HELP for help. Supported carriers: all major U.S. carriers. Ending or changing the service

You can stop any time as described above. We may suspend or end service for abuse of these terms, with a refund of any unused period if we end it without cause. If these terms change materially, we will notify active subscribers by email before the change applies.
